How are credits calculated?
Credits are billed in minutes of finished audio, rounded up. A 23-minute chapter costs 23 credit-minutes. The estimate is shown before you render.
Do previews and re-renders cost credits?
Line previews are free. Final chapter renders count against your balance, and re-rendering a line or passage only charges for the audio you regenerate — not the whole chapter. Failed lines are never charged.
When do my credits expire?
Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly billing period. Top-up credits roll over for 12 months from purchase.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a top-up bundle for $10 per finished hour, or upgrade to a larger plan. Your existing credits roll into the new plan’s ledger.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Anytime, from the Customer Portal. You keep access to the studio and your existing credits until they expire — no early-cancellation pinch.
